PITTSBURGH — It’s still cold but not as frigid with temperatures around 10 degrees this morning. We’ll wake up with some sunshine but an approaching cold front will bring us more clouds by mid-day.
Flurries and snow showers will develop this afternoon with a few steadier snow showers possible this evening. Widespread travel impacts aren’t expected, but a coating to as much of a half inch is possible in spots given the temperature.
Snow showers wrap up overnight with a fairly quiet weekend ahead. We’ll see a lot of clouds, but temperatures will continue to moderate. After a cold start Saturday, highs will rebound closer to freezing with lows early next week back into the teens and 20s... closer to normal for this time of year.
