PITTSBURGH — Enjoy a brief break in our wet weather pattern on Tuesday but keep the umbrella handy as another system moves in later this week.
Clouds will slowly give way to sunshine through Tuesday afternoon, but rain will return early Wednesday, and it will be cold enough in some spots for the rain to mix with snow. Right now, no travel problems are expected during the day but check the Severe Weather Team 11 forecast for the latest updates on where wintry weather is most likely.
Colder temperatures lock in later this week and set the stage for a better chance for snow on Friday.
