PITTSBURGH — A 50-50 weekend is shaping up with dry weather Saturday and rain Sunday.
After a chilly start Saturday, we get the chance to thaw out under partly sunny skies with highs pushing near 40 degrees.
Low temperatures will dip below freezing again Saturday night and that could set the stage for a brief period of freezing rain early Sunday morning so check the Severe Weather Team 11 forecast through the weekend for the latest updates.
Right now, freezing rain is most likely north and east of Pittsburgh where colder temperatures stick around longer, however brief freezing rain is also possible for Butler, Beaver and Pittsburgh.
