PITTSBURGH — A stray shower may pop up early Wednesday, but the rest of the day will be dry. Temperatures will climb back into the upper 50s during the day, but a clear nighttime sky and light winds will set the stage or another frosty start early Thursday.
A Freeze Watch is in effect late Wednesday night through early Thursday morning, so cover plants that may be damaged by the cold temperatures. Warmer temperatures will quickly move in through the day though and after a chilly start, highs will climb nearly 30 degrees, eventually topping out in the mid 60′s.
Wet weather returns Friday as the first of two storm systems moves our way. Scattered showers continue Saturday with another slow-moving storm bringing more rain for Sunday.
