Higher snowfall amounts are expected north and east of the city for the areas under the Winter Weather Advisory, snowfall could reach 1″-2″ in these areas, isolated spots up to 3″ around the I-80 area. Snow roads, slick spots and slippery conditions will be possible overnight into early Christmas Eve morning. The rest of Christmas Eve will be cloudy, calm and cold with highs in the upper 30s, a few flurries can’t be ruled out.
