PITTSBURGH — Plan for another wet and cold start to the day Tuesday. Temperatures will make it feel more like early March and wind chills will dip into the 20s.
Scattered rain and snow showers will fall through the first part of the day, with a slushy accumulation of snow possible north of Pittsburgh and in the ridges of Westmoreland and Fayette counties.
