PITTSBURGH — It will feel like the middle of summer instead of the week before Labor Day day.

High temperatures will be in the upper 80s and lower 90s much of the week with humidity making it feel as hot as 95 or 96 degrees by Wednesday afternoon.

A stray shower or storm is possible Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the best chance of storms late Tuesday night and again Thursday. Some of the storms could be strong with damaging winds, very heavy rain and hail.

Temperatures will cool off in time for Labor Day weekend with highs near 80 degrees starting Saturday.
