Big temperature jump Friday; increasing clouds as wet weather moves into area

PITTSBURGH — It will be mild but cloudy this evening. Rain showers will develop into a steadier rain overnight. Low temperatures will be in the 40s.

Morning showers will end early, clouds will stick around throughout the day with highs in the low 50s. Warmer temperatures are expected Sunday with decreasing clouds, highs will jump to the 60s.

Warmer air will kick off the work week, temperatures will reach the low 70s near the record high of 74 degrees set in 1992. The next chance for rain will be Tuesday night and Wednesday.
