Look for a brief break in our wintry weather pattern Sunday before the next system brings the threat for more snow late Sunday and Monday.

The latest track of the winter storm brings snow into our area before midnight with steadier snow possible overnight through Monday. The current storm track keeps heavier snow chances to the south of the city of Pittsburgh, however a shift to the north is still possible which could mean shoveling snow for a larger area.

A wintry mix of freezing rain and sleet cold also be part of the weather story, so stay with our team of meteorologists for the latest updates on the track and timing.
