PITTSBURGH — A teenager is now charged with homicide in the death of his little brother.
Jordan Mosley, 16, was originally charged with recklessly endangering another person and possession of a firearm by a minor back in January after what he told police was an accidental shooting. Court documents claim Jordan and his 14-year-old brother Carmello were playing with guns at their East Liberty home on Jan. 4 while no one else was there, and Jordan accidentally shot Carmello in the head.
Carmello later died of his injuries.
Carmello’s death was ruled a homicide on Jan. 28. Updated court documents show Jordan was charged with criminal homicide on Tuesday.
