Steelers: Tomlin officially names Kenny Pickett starting quarterback in latest depth chart

PITTSBURGH — It’s officially the Kenny Pickett show in Pittsburgh.

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin officially named Pickett as the Week 5 starter when the black and gold visit the 3-1 Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

Pickett, a first-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, ran for two touchdowns in his NFL debut versus the New York Jets when he replaced Mitch Trubisky in the second half.

NFL Insider Ian Rapoport tweeted Monday, citing sources, that Pickett was set to replace Trubisky in the lineup.
