CONWAY, Pa. — Smoke was seen billowing from a recycling plant in Beaver County on Wednesday.
Beaver County dispatchers said emergency crews were called to Freedom Conway Recycling on Crows Run Road in Conway.
Investigators initially reported the fire started in a dumpster.
No injuries were reported.
