MONONGAHELA, Pa — People in the Rostraver and Monongahela areas are still in shock nearly a week after a gruesome murder on Lenity School Road in Rostraver.
Channel 11 learned new details from police outlined in a search warrant that was served on the CFS Bank in Monongahela as investigators work to find where a person of interest in the investigation of Jennah Seibert’s death may have gone.
“Normally, stuff like this doesn’t happen, and when you found out who the victim was, it just destroys you,” said William Balogh of Monongahela.
In court documents, police describe the call they got from Seibert’s fiancé, Bryan Murray, and their interaction with him in the driveway when they got on scene.
Police said Murray told them he went to the house Friday after not hearing from Seibert. Police say he told them, “She’s dead. Oh my god. You need to get these people who killed her. They stole her car.”
Police said they told Murray to calm down and asked where Seibert was. He told police she was in the bed.
Photos and video released by police show a person of interest from a local convenience store and walking down a sidewalk. His name has not been released, but police say to take a good look at his face and the tattoos on his hands.

“It’s all anybody’s talking about that comes in the store, or up and down the street. Everybody’s talking about this horrible crime,” Balogh said. “It’s very frightening to see him walking down the street here. Hoping we figure out who did it.”
If you know the person of interest, have seen him, or have any video that might help investigators, you’re asked to call the police.
