Damp evening for Light Up Night; temperatures drop slightly overnight

PITTSBURGH — It will be cloudy and damp for Light Up Night this evening with a drizzle or light passing shower possible at times into the overnight hours. Temperatures will stay steady in the low 40s early and fall to the upper 30s later.

It will be chilly and cloudy early Sunday morning but dry conditions return to end the weekend. Clouds will break for a little sun late Sunday afternoon, highs will be in the upper 40s. Clouds continue to break at night for a chilly start into Monday morning, lows will fall into the 30s.

Clouds increase again Monday ahead of the next weather marker, with warmer temperatures in the mid-50s. Rain showers are possible in spots Monday evening as winds pick up, and steady rain moves in overnight. Wind gusts will reach between 20-30 Monday night and Tuesday. This system will bring cooler air behind it with highs Tuesday back in the 40s.

Wednesday will be dry for now until late at night. Rain may move in overnight into Thanksgiving Day, with chilly temperatures from the 30s in the morning to only around 40 degrees by the afternoon. Snow may mix in as temperatures turn colder Thursday night into Black Friday morning.
