YOUNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. — State police have safely located a missing teen from Indiana County.
Joel H. Harmon, 19, of the Homer City area, was located around 12:25 p.m. Friday, police say.
Local volunteer fire departments, the Indiana County Emergency Management Agency/911, the Indiana Borough Police Department K-9 Tracking Team and the Pennsylvania Game Commission assisted in the search.

“Troopers would like to thank the many community members who assisted in the search for Mr. Harmon, PSP stated in a release.
Harmon was reported missing Thursday by family members after he didn’t return home as normal.
