BETHEL PARK, Pa. — Police are investigating an incident where two men were shot in Bethel Park on Thursday.

Allegheny County Police said officers were called about a shooting on the 500 block of Chessbriar Drive at 1:05 p.m.
When they arrived, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. They believe one victim shot the other and then himself.
Both men were taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Memorial and George Washington Elementary Schools were placed under a shelter-in-place out of an abundance of caution after the incident was reported the district said. That order was lifted at 2:38 p.m.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact the Allegheny County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Tips can be left anonymously.
