UNITY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police are now accepting applications for their 2025 Law and Leadership Academy in their Southwest location.
Anyone over the age of 18 who graduated from high school or has a GED is eligible to attend the event.
Classes are held at the PSP Southwest Training Center at 2900 Seminary Drive in Unity Township on Mondays from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Those classes will run from May 19 to Aug. 6.
There will be two Saturday classes. One on June 14 and the other on July 19 from 8:30 to 11 a.m.
The program is for people looking for a career in law enforcement and is free.
Anyone interested in attending the academy must contact Tpr. Tristan Tappe, Program Coordinator, at ttappe@pa.gov.
