PITTSBURGH — It may be going too far to say Pittsburgh’s newest restaurateur is F.N.B.’s top executive.
But the financial institution teamed with Parkhurst Dining, to co-develop the eStore Cafe, which officially opens on Feb. 3 at FNB Financial Center, its corporate headquarters building.
The eStore Cafe will be open for full-service dining Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting on Monday, F.N.B. said. On-the-go items, snacks and bottled beverages are available via self-service around the clock, seven days per week. A soft launch, with limited menu and abbreviated hours, started Jan. 27.
F.N.B. revealed last May, when it announced that it was increasing its space in the skyscraper by another three floors to 12, that a 5,400-square foot restaurant was in the works for the lobby and that it would be open to the public. The eStore Cafe will provide healthy food options for employees, tenants and visitors with seating for an estimated 80 to 100 patrons who’ll be able to use digital solutions to buy beverages and food. It bears the name of F.N.B.’s digital banking platform.
