ROSCOE, Pa. — Multiple buildings were damaged by flames in Roscoe.

Washington County dispatchers said the fire started on Friday at around 8:37 a.m. in the 1000 block of Furlong Avenue.

A house had burn marks on its upper floor and neighboring Melenyzer Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

No injuries were reported.

Pennsylvania State Police said the fire was accidental and caused by an electrical malfunction.

The funeral home sustained extensive upstairs damage and water damage.

Troopers estimate the fire caused $100,000 in damage.
