PITTSBURGH — Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP is moving to 75 Hopper Place in the Strip District. It’s the only law firm among Pittsburgh’s 10 largest to relocate its office outside downtown.

75 Hopper is the latest office building put up by Oxford Development Co. in the Strip District, the first building of the second phase of 3 Crossings and best known as the headquarters of GNC.

Manoj Jegasothy, co-office managing partner, confirmed exclusively to the Business Times Wednesday that it has signed a lease for a full floor. He said he could not discuss the terms of the lease.

An executive for Oxford couldn’t be immediately reached for comment.

Pittsburgh’s 9th-largest law firm is the latest long-time tenant to leave the Gulf Tower, which is embarking on its transformation from downtown office building to residence/hotel. The building, where GRSM occupies 31,000 square feet, has been its home since the firm entered Pittsburgh 13 years ago.
