PITTSBURGH — A large water main break sent water flowing into a busy intersection on Pittsburgh’s South Side for hours.
The break at the intersection of Sarah Street and East Carson Street was reported around 3:50 a.m. The water was shut off around 7:30 a.m., and repairs began.
No customers were impacted by the break, according to Pittsburgh Water.
Repairs are expected to last until around 10 p.m. Thursday.
