MCKEES ROCKS, Pa. — A man who has been wanted for the past five months was arrested in McKees Rocks.

The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office said Justin Collins, 27, failed to appear for a status conference for felony gun charges on Aug. 30, 2024. Detectives had been looking for him since then.

On Thursday, police learned Collins was staying at a house on Munson Avenue in McKees Rocks.

Detectives went to the house at 8:30 a.m. and were greeted by Collins’s mother and sister. He was found in the basement and arrested without incident.

Collins is now being held at the Allegheny County Jail.
