PITTSBURGH — A dump truck went over a hillside along the Parkway East toward Second Avenue near the Bates Street exit Thursday afternoon.
There was also a crash on the outbound side in the same area.
All lanes on both sides of the Parkway have since reopened.
It’s unknown if both crashes are related.
Right now, there’s no word if anyone was injured.
