Cold night with strong winds, chilly morning leads to warmer evening on Monday

PITTSBURGH — You can expect another cold night ahead. Temperatures will fall to the low 20s with wind chills in the teens.

You will need the warm layers as you head out the door on Monday morning. Ironically you may also need sunglasses!

Wind chills start in the teens but sunshine and winds from the southwest Monday will push highs to the upper 40s by the late afternoon. Spring begins Monday at 5:24 PM and warmer air will follow, highs will get to the 50s and 60s with soggy weather later in the week.
