PITTSBURGH — It will be pleasant this evening, temperatures will fall from the 60s into the 50s. Chilly temperatures are expected overnight with a clear sky, lows will drop to the upper 30s.
Expect a big jump in temperatures early this week. Monday will be sunny and very warm in the afternoon; highs will reach the upper 70s near 80 degrees. Don’t forget your sunscreen if you are spending time outdoors!
Temperatures jump to the low 80s on Tuesday ahead of the next front that will bring rain and storms to the area. Storms could become severe and produce damaging winds and hail. Isolated tornadoes can’t be ruled out. Make sure to check the forecast for the latest timing and potential for severe weather for Tuesday.
Cooler air will follow for Wednesday, but highs will still reach near the 70-degree mark. The next chance for showers and storms will come on Thursday, with more wet weather for Friday. Next weekend looks dry but cooler with highs below average in the 60s.
