PITTSBURGH — A driver is in critical condition after a crash in Squirrel Hill on Monday afternoon.
An Allegheny County 911 dispatcher says police, fire and medics were sent to the 6300 block of Beacon Street around 3:20 p.m.
We’ve learned that the female driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, is in critical condition. Public safety officials say medics administered blood in the field before taking her to an area hospital.
A Channel 11 photographer on scene saw a severely damaged car on its nose crashed in front of a home.
