PITTSBURGH — And we’re back in the ice tank.
It will be bitter cold the next two days with highs only in the teens and wind chills dropping below zero both mornings. A cold weather advisory has been issued for the mountains where wind chills could be as cold as -15 degrees at times.
Make sure you are prepared and kids are bundled up at the bus stop the next few days.
Snow showers return later today. They will be light, but with temperatures so cold, anything that falls will stick very easily creating some icy patches. The snow showers will continue Wednesday and Thursday with mostly light accumulations.
