PITTSBURGH — A fundraiser is seeking to rebuild a beloved local watering hole.
The Carnegie community was rocked by the sudden loss of Riley’s Pour House because of a fire last November.
On Sunday, a benefit concert was held on Pittsburgh’s North Side to help in the reconstruction effort.
“Raise a Glass to Rebuild Riley’s” kicked off at the Priory Hotel. Proceeds from the show will help cover essential rebuilding costs not covered by insurance.

Owners at Riley’s say they knew each performer would have filled their bar alone, so to have them all together was something special.
“To put all those bands in the same venue for an Irish music festival, I knew it was going to be a big crowd,” said co-owner Joe Riley.

They add the new Riley’s may be a new building, but it will feel like it used to feel, and customers can expect a lot of the same.
