MILLVALE, Pa. — One person was injured in a fire at an apartment building in Millvale.
Allegheny County dispatchers say firefighters were called to 1 Howard Street at 7:03 p.m. on Saturday.
Undercliff Volunteer Fire Company members said the initial reports said one person was trapped inside the building. When they arrived, that person had gotten out on their own.
One person was taken to a hospital from the scene.
Firefighters said they were able to knock the fire down quickly and keep it where it started.
The Allegheny County Fire Marshal is working on learning what caused the flames to break out.
