The Monessen fire chief told Channel 11 that wind was a massive issue for crews.
Everyone, including a young girl, and her parents and grandfather, made it out safely.
Loreya, 9, told reporter Lauren Talotta she saw the curtains on fire and ran out the door with her family.
“I was literally inside my house watching TV when my dad said there was a fire run out,” Loreya said.
