Some areas will see temperatures in the 30s Tuesday morning

PITTSBURGH — Chilly temps will have you grabbing extra layers as you head out early Tuesday, with some areas starting out in the 30s. Temperatures will slowly climb through the day, eventually topping out in the low 60s.

Milder temps move in for Wednesday and Thursday with highs touching the low-to-mid 70s; unfortunately, it won’t last.

A strong system from Canada will bring cooler temperatures late week and into the weekend with many areas dropping nearly 20 degrees. Check your furnace because highs on Friday will hover in the mid 50s, and Saturday, temperatures will struggle to get back into the low 50s.
