Emergency crews battle house fire in Allegheny County

ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Emergency crews battled a house fire in Allegheny County on Friday.

In a social media post, the Elizabeth Township VFD said the fire was located along Dillon Road off Simpson Howell Road in Elizabeth Township.

People were told to avoid the area while crews work to extinguish the fire.

An Allegheny County 911 supervisor said no injuries have been reported.

Channel 11 crews saw multiple departments on scene, and a hose line stretched up a driveway. The Fire Marshal’s office was also seen responding.
