Chilly start to Sunday morning

PITTSBURGH — Temperatures are chilly to start the day. The 20s this morning will feel like the teens in many spots, thanks to the wind. Wind chills will make cold temperatures through the day feel even colder. Highs will be near 40 degrees, and wind chills will be in the lower 30s this afternoon.

The workweek starts with another chilly morning, but Monday will be mostly dry and sunny. Rain will return late Monday night with our next system. Expect rounds of rain Tuesday. Rain chances will continue through the rest of the workweek.
